Architectural Control

Highland Park 3 is a premier, covenant-protected community characterized by high-end homes and a beautiful, pastoral landscape. To preserve long-term property values and ensure the peaceful enjoyment of all residents, the Association requires the review and approval of both building and landscaping plans for all homes and vacant lots. Property owners must receive written approval from the ACC before any work commences.
