Highland Park 3 is a covenant-protected community of high-end homes set in a beautiful, pastoral, landscape.  To ensure the protection and continued growth of property values, and to provide for the peaceful enjoyment of all residents of Highland Park 3, we require, review, and approve both building and landscaping plans for all homes and vacant properties in the community.  Property owners are required to submit plans for approval by the Architectural Control Committee before any work commences on the property.  Below are downloadable documents including the application form homeowners are required to submit to the ACC as well as a copy of our covenants and plat.  Please note that there are design-restricted lots in Highland Park 3, and this information is contained in the plat.
